All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

If you do not receive tracking information within 72 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

SilkenSleep shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Incomplete addresses

  • Customer unavailability during delivery attempts

If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times before returning the package.

If delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, the shipment may be returned to us.

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.


Damaged Packages

If your package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery:

  1. Take clear photographs of the package before opening it.

  2. Record an unboxing video if possible.

  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

This helps us investigate and resolve the issue quickly.


Lost Shipments

In the unlikely event that a shipment is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the matter.

Appropriate resolution, including replacement where applicable, will be provided after verification.


International Shipping

At this time, SilkenSleep ships only within India.

International shipping services may be introduced in the future.
