Refund & Replacement Policy

At SilkenSleep, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products and an exceptional customer experience.

Due to the personal-use and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, color preference, incorrect selection, or accidental ordering.


Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect product

  • A missing item from your order

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the outer packaging

  • An unboxing video (recommended for faster resolution)

Our team will review the request and, if approved, provide a replacement, store credit, or another suitable resolution at our discretion.


Eligibility for Replacement

To qualify for a replacement request:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and unwashed.

  • The product must remain in its original condition.

  • Original packaging should be retained whenever possible.

  • Sufficient photographic evidence must be provided.

Requests submitted after 48 hours from delivery may not be eligible for replacement or support.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and personal-use reasons, the following products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded after delivery unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for replacement or refund.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been packed, processed, or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only when:

  • A replacement is unavailable, or

  • A return has been specifically approved by our support team, or

  • An order is cancelled before dispatch.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

Shipping charges, COD fees, and other service charges may be non-refundable where applicable.


Fraud Prevention

SilkenSleep reserves the right to reject replacement, refund, or compensation requests in cases involving:

  • Incomplete information

  • Insufficient proof

  • Suspected misuse of the policy

  • Repeated abnormal claims

  • Claims made outside the specified reporting window
