Our team will review the request and, if approved, provide a replacement, store credit, or another suitable resolution at our discretion.
To qualify for a replacement request:
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused and unwashed.
The product must remain in its original condition.
Original packaging should be retained whenever possible.
Sufficient photographic evidence must be provided.
Requests submitted after 48 hours from delivery may not be eligible for replacement or support.

Refunds are issued only when:
A replacement is unavailable, or

An order is cancelled before dispatch.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.
Shipping charges, COD fees, and other service charges may be non-refundable where applicable.
